Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking a trip with Fiskelodge ApS.

  1. Interpretation and Definitions

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Fiskelodge ApS, Chr. Molbechsvej 21, Denmark.

Service refers to the Website and all travel packages offered by the Company.

Website refers to Fiskelodge, accessible at www.fiskelodge.dk.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

  1. Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our Website and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing our Website or booking a Trip, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking.

Use of our Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data.

  1. Links to Other Websites

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

  1. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability (Website Use)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website. The Company provides the Website “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind.

Part II – Travel Terms and Conditions

In addition to the general Terms above, the following specific conditions apply to all fishing trips and travel packages (“Trips”) offered by Fiskelodge ApS.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • A deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
  • If full payment is not received by the due date, the Company may cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
  • All prices are quoted in DKK unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for bank charges and currency exchange fees.
  1. Cancellation by the Customer
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Fees apply as follows:
    • More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit.
    • 59–30 days before departure: 50% of trip cost.
    • 29–0 days before departure or no-show: 100% of trip cost.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
  1. Changes or Cancellation by the Company
  • We may make minor changes to itineraries, accommodation, or activities when necessary.
  • In the event of cancellation by the Company, You will be offered either:
    • A full refund of all payments made, or
    • An alternative Trip of equivalent value.
  • The Company is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, or insurance.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We shall not be liable for delay, change, or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, war, terrorism, or airline disruptions.
  1. Travel Documents and Health
  • Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.
  • The Company accepts no liability if You are denied boarding, entry, or participation due to missing or invalid documents.
  1. Insurance
  • All customers must have adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, evacuation, liability, and cancellation.
  • Proof of insurance may be requested.
  1. Liability and Assumption of Risk
  • Participation in fishing and outdoor activities involves inherent risks. By booking, You accept these risks.
  • The Company is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from activities, except where caused by our proven negligence.
  • Customers are responsible for their own conduct and safe use of equipment.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, including the Danish Package Travel Act (Pakkerejseloven), where applicable.
  • Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
  1. Changes to These Terms
  • We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
